Steven Brown – Vice President of Treasury and Risk Management 

With over 30 years in the energy industry and 10 years at Mansfield, Steve oversees all financial risk as well as the debt and cash management of the Mansfield corporate family. Prior to joining Mansfield, Steve spent 16 years at Mirant Corporation, where he directed several risk functions for power and natural gas marketing, including trading control and credit and counterparty risk. Earlier in his career, Steve worked as a treasury analyst at Cajun Electric and at Oglethorpe Power.  At Oglethorpe, he managed the debt associated with power plant construction and was instrumental in launching a power marketing initiative to optimize value of generation resources. 

Steve holds a bachelor of science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a master of science in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
